I want to give you some advice on how to structure your answers to respond well to various styles of interview questions

Obviously, in the online course, you will find

	Structures to help you answer any kind of question that take you into dangerous, negative areas such as "Tell me about your worst consultant" - this is a dangerous question, as the tendency is for you to spend your time talking negatively about your consultant. The question takes you there. However, your job is to sell yourself and gain rapport - you need a strategy to help you deal with that class of question and allow you to achieve your twin goals - it's in the course
	Conflict resolution questions - e.g. what do you do when a nurse questions your management plan. Here, the temptation for doctors is to talk about how confident they are in their own abilities. A friend of mine works at the Hammersmith - and they get a certain quality of applicant there. When they ask this question at interview, if the candidate talks about how they would convince the nurse that they are correct - they are out. Learn the tactic for getting out of this style of question in the course
	The "What's your greatest weakness" question is another classic that worries candidates. So, in the course, I will give you a specific structure to help you answer this question in a style that is natural to you, but gets your points across effectively and efficiently

I won't harm your chances of being successful by merely given you rote answers to learn - what I do is take you a step beyond that and give you game plans that you need to follow for different styles of questions

Armed with these game plans - you merely decide

	What is the style of the question they have attacked you with
	Which weapons you are going to defend and attack back with in your answer
	Execute your game plan to deliver a high quality, structured answer
