Medical Interview Preparation

"Gain Instant Access To Your Online Medical Interview Course Designed By Me To Help You Succeed In Your Medical Interview"

One to One Sesssion

I also offer individual coaching sessions for candidates who would rather spend a shorter amount of time more focussed on their own personal performance and problem areas

The chances are that if you went through the online course and practiced applying those tactics in your medical interview preparation strategy, then you wouldn't really need any extra help at all

If you want to take your preparation up a level and get some live feedback then you should consider getting a colleague to conduct a mock interview and note what comments you receive and try to learn and improve

There are also many day long medical interview courses that you can apply to go on. I sometimes run small group training sessions for candidates applying for consultant posts and people measurably improve thoughout the day with focussed and skilled tutelage

I do know that quite a few people still like to have individual coaching. If you want a one to one interview coaching session, then you will find that it is difficult to get access to a training session. The reason is that they are quite difficult to conduct and take up a lot of thinking and work from the trainer's perspective. It is also difficult to make this form of training financially rewarding enough for the trainer

However, from the candidate's perspective you can get a lot of benefit from this type of work.

If you want a one to one session on your medical interview preparation with me, then email me to arrange a time.

We can work on any aspect of your selection process that you want.

I expect that most of it will be taken up by a mock interview, detailed coaching be me on how you can tweak your interview answering technique, body language and content generation. But if you want to go through a presentation or CV/application form as well, then that's fine too.

The price will be £300 for a 2 hour session - forgive me if it goes a little over the 2 hour deadline

The location will be in the Children's department at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth

The time and date will be arranged between us. They are likely to be either after work, so around 7pm-9pm on a weekday or at various times on a weekend.

The timing is dependent on my work schedule and what birthday parties my 5 and 7 year old daughters have that weekend - I don't seem to have a social life any more - life is all centred around them!

If this is the sort of service that you might find useful and are able to get down to Portsmouth, then email me and we can work out the details around timing.

Best of luck with your interview!
